Take the A39 to Falmouth, at Treliever roundabout take A39 (signposted Falmouth), then at Kernick roundabout take the second exit onto the A39 (signposted Falmouth), taking the first exit at the next roundabout and then the second exit at the following roundabout continuing on the A39 towards Falmouth. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto Dracaena Avenue then at the next roundabout take the second exit again onto Western Terrace. Merchants Manor is located on the right on this road.
