Directions

From Exeter take either the A30 over Bodmin Moor or the A38 via Plymouth. At Truro follow the main road until you pick up the signs for Falmouth. Pass through Playing Place and Devoran and continue until you see a roundabout with Asda on your left. Go straight over and at the next roundabout with a cannon in the center, take the second exit signposted Maenporth. Follow the winding country lane down for about 3 miles and you will come to Maenporth Beach. Avalon Guest House is situated at the far end of the beach on the right hand side with parking in a side lane, also on the right.
